CAE and CL tests for goats

Caprine arthritis encephalitis (CAE) and Caseous Lymphadenitis (CL) are a big issue in the "goat world".

We test our goats frequently and strongly recommend CAE and CL tests for everybody who raises goats.

Usually you want to work together with your vet on getting your goats tested and to learn about how to prevent this serious disease.

If you, for what ever reason, decide to do the testing your self, you can find all information and instruction on the following web pages of the Washington State University:

CAE testing:

CL testing:

We can help you with the testing as well.
